Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to evaluate the products for your professional needs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Returned with all included accessories and documentation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pest Control products (opened or unopened)
  • Rodent Repellent items
  • Opened Tree Fertilizer containers
  • Used Work Wear for hygiene reasons

These exceptions help us maintain safety standards for all our professional customers.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package, and ship to our address:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Processing

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process, plus additional time for your financial institution to post the refund (typically 5-10 business days total)
  • Store Credit: Issued within 24 hours of return approval

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB transactions refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases refunded to your PayPal account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items:
